It's a fantastic place for kids.
You can handle or experience the machine yourself.
Two hours felt too short.
There is a time timer when you try the machine.
If you want to do more, you can do it again, but if you have a queue, you can't continue.
Since you can only enjoy it outside, I think spring and fall would be better than a very hot day.
There is a gift shop in the container where you go out.
Waiver must be done, so I recommend doing it at home in advance rather than going there.
Cool place for kids or adults who enjoy being outdoors. Wasn’t too busy when we went so wait for rides wasn’t more than a few minutes. All of the attendants were courteous and helpful. Great idea for a unique birthday party. The entrance fee is a little high so it could get pricey for families with more than a couple kids and you’re limited to two hours so keep this in mind. The gift shop cashier was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and my kids loved it.
My son and I had a great time at Dig World. We unfortunately decided to come at the hottest part of the day, but we got drinks at the stand and staff had good attitudes regardless.
My son absolutely loved being “in control” of the excavator and playing in the dirt. My favorite was driving around with the big equipment. Employees are there the whole time to guide children and adults. A fun adventure for your (inner) kid who loves to play in the dirt!
I only had to pay for my ticket because my son received a free ticket from his elementary school, so thank you to Dig World for handing out student tickets!
Kids loved this place! It’s just outside the Bass Pro Shop at Katy Mills Mall. The activities were a good amount of time. Lines were not long, as I think the longest we waited was maybe 5 minutes.
Expensive for the amount of activity. It was so hot, almost every activity is directly under the sun. I was aware of the Texas heat so I headed to the park early and stay for about an hour. I do enjoy supporting good causes and loved Pierce’s Post. I would also recommend signing up for the birthday club and getting 20% off of one ticket. All in all my son enjoyed it and I would go again to nurture that experience.
We have visited Dig World twice with our 81 year old mom that loves playing with and driving around in the equipment! The whole team was excellent! Very helpful, flexible, and patient with us and mom! This has left such positive memories with mom, and us! We will be back! We highly recommend this experience for anyone that would like to experience the equipment they have on site! A huge thank you to the Dig World team!
This place was a special treat for us! So much fun for our young kids. Honestly all ages would enjoy it.
If you are into rocks I recommend doing the rock mining. Tons of value in the bags.
It's a tad pricey to get in would be my only complaint (I imagine for upkeep). The owner maintains it so well. Restrooms and property are very nice.
one of the rides wasn't available to my son, also the mining experience starts at an additional $9.99 or up.
They have a good amount t of excavators and they all have its own timer that is started once they explain how to use.
All children 32inches and up will need and adult except for the it's like a golf cart? 42inches and up can ride alone except for the golf cart they must be a passenger.
They have bathrooms, sand lots, corn hole, conect 4, a bounce house, a play ground and a gift store. They also have picnic tables that are covered. They have the machines at the entrance just for foto ops. My kids enjoyed it.
Everyone that is 32inches or taller pays. They gave my son his own yellow vest since we were not able to come Friday for his birthday due to weather.
